Some classical queue control algorithms can not insure the QoS for high level applications. Aiming at this problem, this paper proposes a queue control algorithm based on fuzzy control rule.

一些经典网络队列控制算法无法确保高优先级用户应用的服务质量，针对该问题提出基于模糊控制规则的队列控制方法。
