All notices shall be deemed served three days after the date of posting or, if hand delivered, on the actual date of receipt.

通过普通邮寄方式寄出的，在寄出的三日内视为送达；通过挂号专递方式寄出的，在签收之日视为送达。

In the event of service by post, certificate of mailing shall be retained, and the date of posting as indicated on the certificate shall be deemed as the date of service.

邮寄送达的，必须保留邮寄凭证。邮寄凭证上注明的邮寄日期为送达日期。
