In thy royal compassion grant my prayer—give commandment that I be hanged!

请皇上大发慈悲，恩准我的请求吧——请您处我绞刑吧！

That is the fifth commandment.

This is [the] first and great commandment.

So you would not break the third commandment.

1st Commandment - Thou Shalt Have No Gods Before me.

第一诫-在我之前，你不可以有其他的神。

2nd Commandment - Thou Shalt Not Make Graven images.

第二诫-你不可以制作雕刻的形象。

But I speak this by permission, [and] not of commandment.

我说这话，原是准你们的，不是命你们的。

Wherefore the law [is] holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good.

这样看来，律法是圣洁的，诫命也是圣洁，公义，良善的。

My son, keep thy father's commandment, and forsake not the law of thy mother.

我儿，要谨守你父亲的诫命，不可离弃你母亲的法则。

Wherefore hast thou despised the commandment of the LORD, to do evil in his sight?

你为什么藐视耶和华的命令，行他眼中看为恶的事呢。

For sin, taking occasion by the commandment, deceived me, and by it slew [me].

因为罪趁着机会，就借着诫命引诱我，并且杀了我。

The first commandment is, “You should love God with all your heart, soul, and mind.”

Then he says,"So the law is holy and the commandment is holy, and just,and good."

然后他说“这样看来，律法是圣洁的，诫命也是圣洁的，公义，良善的

This is the commandment, That, as ye have heard from the beginning, ye should walk in it.

你们从起初所听见当行的，就是这命令。

For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died.

我以前没有律法是活着的，但是诫命来到，罪又活了，我就死了。

And they first took their journey according to the commandment of the LORD by the hand of Moses.

这是他们照耶和华藉摩西所吩咐的，初次往前行。

31the second is this: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no commandment greater than these.

其次就是说：‘要爱人如已。’再没有比这两条诫命更大的了。

And Moses said, Wherefore now do ye transgress the commandment of the LORD? But it shall not prosper.

摩西说，你们为何违背耶和华的命令呢，这事不能顺利了。

That's called the Great Commandment: love God with all your heart and love your neighbor as yourself.

这被称为“大诫命”：你要尽心爱神并且要爱人如己。
