The assistant procurators and clerks shall be appointed and removed by the chief procurators of people's procuratorates at all levels.

Persons to be appointed chief procurators , deputy chief procurators or members of procuratorial committees shall be selected from among those who are experienced in practical work.

担任检察长、副检察长、检察委员会委员，应当从具有实际工作经验的人员中择优提出人选。
